How to activate Halo Mobile on iPhone

Install your eSIM, set Halo as your primary line, and (optionally) transfer your number from your old carrier.

STEP-BY-STEPFive steps to activate Halo on iPhone

    Install your Halo eSIM

    Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. Choose “Use QR Code” and scan the code in your Halo dashboard, or pick “Enter Details Manually” and paste the activation code shown there.

    Label and set Halo as your primary line

    Label the new line “Halo Mobile”. On the next screen, set Halo as your line for Cellular Data and as your Default Voice line. iMessage and FaceTime will reassign automatically.

    Restart your iPhone

    Restart so iOS can finish provisioning. Wait for the carrier name to appear in the status bar before testing.

    Test your service

    Make a test call, send a test text, and load a web page on cellular (turn WiFi off briefly). If anything fails, our support team can sort it out.

    Transfer your existing number

    In your Halo dashboard, tap Transfer my number. Have your account number, billing zip, and Number Transfer PIN from your old carrier ready. Most ports finish in minutes.

Do not cancel your old line before the port. If you cancel first, your number can be lost. Halo handles the cancellation automatically once the port completes.
